Liquidity steering

Prefer or restrict which resolvers may fill a quote.

A quote may name up to 10 resolver wallets to prefer or to restrict to. This is the compliance primitive for integrators who may only trade with counterparties they have vetted.

restrictedLiquidityWallets	The RFQ goes only to these resolvers. If none is online, the answer is no_quote with reason steering_excluded_all

Send one or the other, not both. Addresses are resolver identities: 0x addresses on every chain, including Solana, where a node’s identity is its EVM key and its maker account is bound to it.

A malformed list (more than 10 entries, or a value that is not an address) is refused with 400 invalid_steering. The lifecycle of a quote records the steering that applied under steering.
